Cielo, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to lead intake meetings with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and drive sourcing strategies across the organization. You will assess candidate fit against requirements and maintain engagement through the selection process.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, data-driven recommendations, and market-informed offer guidance to help teams hire top talent in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positionspecifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals in this position is $60,000 - $65,000 dependent upon experience, geography, and industry knowledge.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on the achievement of defined goals and benefits including:
