Job summary

Cielo is a leading talent acquisition partner seeking a Recruiter to deliver service excellence across the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on building talent pipelines and providing proactive communication on search progress.

As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will guide hiring leaders with market data and strategy, manage intake meetings, sourcing plans, and candidate communications to drive successful offers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience recruiting in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and build strong candidate slates and pipelines.
