Job summary

nLIGHT in Camas, WA seeks a Recruiter to own full lifecycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, screen and guide offers through onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

The twelve-month temporary position may transition to permanent based on performance and business needs. Health benefits and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years full-cycle recruitment in a technical setting.
• Total 5+ years across recruitment, HR, admin or sales roles.
• Experience with tech, defense, or government contracting preferred.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to align workforce needs and strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles.
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and networking.
• Provide guidance on best practices and candidate availability.
• Ensure positive candidate experience with clear communication.
• Use data to identify roadblocks and optimize recruiting.
• Ensure policy compliance and represent the company at events.
• Support HR projects and other initiatives as needed.
