Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a technical corporate environment.
  • 5+ years of combined work experience in recruiting, HR, admin or sales roles.
  • Previous experience working in tech, defense, or government contracting.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and maintain composure and good working relationships under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing schedule and priorities with minimal daily direction.
  • Ability to use sound judgement and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Ability to establish relationships while maintaining a neutral and unbiased stance.
  • Demonstrated ability to protect confidential and proprietary information.

Responsibilities

Summary:

The Recruiter will serve as a main point of contact for technical and corporate hiring managers at our Camas, WA location. This position is a full-lifecycle recruiting role, responsible for driving the end-to-end hiring process - from sourcing and screening to closing top talent. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner to hiring managers, build strong relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a twelve-month temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

nLIGHT is proud to offer comprehensive COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
  • Starting pay depends on qualifications -Recruiter: $35-$50 per hour
