nLIGHT, Inc. in Camas, WA is seeking a Temporary HR Recruiting Coordinator to support our Operations team for a six-month assignment. In this hands-on role, you will partner with hiring managers, candidates, and HR to coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and employee changes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The position is onsite, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will manage scheduling, candidate experience, new hire readiness, and compliance tasks while protecting

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting, HR coordination, or admin experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication and service mindset.
• Ability to protect confidential information and exercise discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring for manufacturing, facilities, and logistics roles from posting to interviews and offers.
• Communicate next steps and keep interviews on track for a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with managers and HR to prepare new hires for onboarding.
• Support affirmative action and outreach via career fairs and community connections.
• Maintain accurate hourly employee progression records and assist with changes.
