Job summary

ZimZee Recruiting is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our aviation-focused team in Wichita, KS. You will partner with engineering and IT leaders to understand staffing needs, build talent pipelines, and engage with passive and active candidates across networks.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source through diverse channels, screen for technical and cultural fit, and strive to provide an outstanding candidate experience while delivering timely hiring updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical recruitment.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Strong interviewing and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and IT managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, external recruiting firms, and hiring teams.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
