Job summary

Atomic Industries seeks a hands-on Head of Recruiting to own full-cycle hiring for engineering, manufacturing, operations and leadership. You will build the sourcing engine, craft outbound strategies, and drive automation/AI tooling while meeting candidates in person and hosting finalists at the Detroit factory.

You will partner with the founder and hiring managers to define high-quality candidates, uphold a high bar, and lay the foundation of the talent function by hiring and leading future

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and roles.
• Fluency with ATS, sourcing tools, scripts and AI.
• Strong online sourcing across modern channels and communities.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity.
• Persuasive, high-integrity communication.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from first touch to signed offer across engineering, manufacturing, operations and leadership.
• Build the sourcing engine: outbound strategy, talent maps, referral loops and automation/AI tooling.
• Travel regularly to meet candidates in person and host finalists at the Detroit factory.
• Design a fast, sharp candidate experience and instrument the hiring funnel.
• Partner with the founder and hiring managers to define great candidates and hold a high bar.
• Lay the foundation of the talent function and hire and lead future recruiters.
