We are growing!

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain roles across the United States within Sky Limit Systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing high-caliber talent through applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and proactive cold calling. They will also have a strong understanding of the technical and compliance demands of the aerospace and defense sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain roles nationwide.
• Utilize ATS and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, ClearanceJobs) to manage pipelines and track candidate progress.
• Conduct cold calls and outreach campaigns to attract passive candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and refine search strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations, including ITAR and DoD requirements when applicable.
• Manage candidate experience and communication throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or other high-compliance & technical industries.
• Proven success filling technical roles in engineering or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ATS tools and sourcing platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
