Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Client is PayPal, W2 Contract (3 MONTH CONTRACT)

Pay Rate: $25hr-$40hr (based on qualifications)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
• Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities.

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
