Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI/ML Recruiter to join our dynamic team and help us attract top talent in the field.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for AI/ML roles, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, AI researchers, and related positions.
• Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they are attractive and reach the right audience.
• Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging skills in AI/ML to inform recruitment strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices to build a diverse and innovative team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting for AI/ML roles or related technical positions.
• Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and terminology. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tools: Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and job boards.
• Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$35/hr to $40/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
