SkyBridge Resources is hiring a Technical Recruiter to drive growth in a dynamic sales environment. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top IT talent for contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire roles, while building relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with potential candidates.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to gain market intelligence.
• Work closely with account managers to submit candidates for client placements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and entire employment period.
