SkyWater Search Partners is looking to add an experienced Executive Recruiter to our IT team. Our Executive Recruiters run a full desk, owning both business development and candidate recruiting. That means building relationships with new clients, creating search opportunities, recruiting top talent, and developing a strong network within your market.

You'll have SkyWater's established brand, reputation, resources, and relationships behind you, but this isn't a role where you're simply handed a list of clients and open jobs. We're looking for someone who is excited to develop new business, create opportunities, and take ownership of growing their desk.
