Job summary

Green Key Resources is expanding its Technology division and seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter for a fully remote role, with preference for local candidates near Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville, or Northeast Florida. The team values mentorship, collaboration, and client-facing delivery.

You will run a 180 delivery desk, source and qualify IT candidates, manage the lifecycle from sourcing to offer, build talent pipelines, and partner with account managers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of agency recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting for technical or IT roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Must be located in or near Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville, or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

Green Key Resources is expanding its Technology division and is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, but we're specifically looking for candidates who are local to Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville, or the surrounding Northeast Florida area. While day-to-day responsibilities can be performed remotely, we'd like the ability to meet periodically for team collaboration, training, and strategy sessions.

What We're Looking For

Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, or other sourcing tools
• Familiarity with MSP/VMS environments
• Experience supporting high-volume or fast-paced recruiting efforts
• Interest in eventually growing into a full-desk or business development role
