Job summary

Consultis is seeking Technical Recruiters for Jacksonville, FL and Charlotte, NC on-site. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, sourcing and screening engineers and technical staff, and partnering with clients to influence hiring decisions.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of recruiting experience in technical fields, 1 year in MSP/high-volume environments, and a hunter mindset with strong client-facing skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred; on-site work in Jacksonville or Charlotte.

Qualifications

• 1 year in an MSP and/or high-volume recruiting environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing market insights and consultative hiring guidance.
• Source, screen, and submit candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Bullhorn.
• Independently manage recruiting workflows and prioritize a high-volume requisition load.
• Manage contractor/consultant relationships through the full assignment lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Bullhorn.

Our client, a 40-year North American leader in the staffing and consulting industry, is growing its delivery team and looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

In this role, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle - from sourcing and screening to placement and beyond - while acting as a strategic partner to clients. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys influencing hiring decisions, building relationships, and navigating complex technical talent markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing market insights and consultative hiring guidance

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary $65,000-$75,000 plus uncapped commission, with realistic first-year total compensation in the $95,000-$100,000 range. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k), and weekly pay.
