Job summary

Green Key Resources is expanding its Technology division and seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter for a fully remote role, with preference for local candidates near Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville, or Northeast Florida. The team values mentorship, collaboration, and client-facing delivery.

You will run a 180 delivery desk, source and qualify IT candidates, manage the lifecycle from sourcing to offer, build talent pipelines, and partner with account managers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of agency recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting for technical or IT roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Must be located in or near Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville, or the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Run a 180 delivery desk supporting active technology searches.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates across IT, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, engineering, and software development roles.
• Manage the candidate lifecycle from sourcing through offer stage.
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring technical skill sets.
• Partner closely with account managers to support client hiring initiatives.
• Maintain accurate ATS documentation and recruiting activity.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Participate in occasional local team meetups and collaboration sessions.
