Job summary

Aggreko in Houston area is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to offer acceptance—while delivering a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will leverage TalentNeuron data to build data-driven recruitment strategies, manage 20-30 active requisitions monthly, and ensure compliance via Workday with low offer correction rates. Expect monthly in-person engagements and growth across territories.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Hands-on recruitment of technicians across multiple platforms.
• Understanding of HVAC, power and electrical preferred.
• Experience using data and market insights to drive hiring strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

What you’ll do as Technical Recruiter

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to offer acceptance—while ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Leverage talent intelligence reports (TalentNeuron) to build data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Manage 20-30 active requisitions on average per month, ensuring all roles are filled efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy by managing recruitment processes through Workday and maintaining <10% offer correction rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic talent advice and ensuring accountability in the hiring process.
• Increase business understanding and visibility through monthly in-person engagements, including site visits, job fairs, and ride-alongs.

You are:

• 3+ years' recruiting experience
• Strong experience in recruiting hands-on technicians
• Understanding of HVAC, power and electrical preferred
• Strong experience in sourcing talent across a variety of platforms and mediums, networking, and engaging passive candidates.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred)
• Ability to use data and talent market insights to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring and interviewing.
