Castelion, a leader in defense development, seeks a Technical Recruiter in Los Angeles. In this role, you will lead the recruitment process for technical roles, ensuring alignment with our mission. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and collaborating with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in technical recruiting and a strong commitment to candidate engagement.

We're designing, building, and testing next generation long range strike weapons systems to give America and its Allies a definitive edge and deter future conflicts.
Technical Recruiter
As a Technical Recruiter at Castelion, you will be a strategic partner to our hiring managers, driving the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and closing top-tier engineering and operations talent that aligns with our mission.

Clear Communicator . Proactively communicates blockers. Trusted in previous roles to be voice of company with regulators, suppliers, gate keepers and customers. Capable of tactfully managing relationships with stakeholders to achieve company-desired outcomes without compromising relationships. Emails, IMs and verbal interactions are logical, drive clarity, and detailed enough to eliminate ambiguity.
