We are seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to support our hiring efforts for technical roles across [engineering, product, IT, etc.]. This individual will work closely with hiring managers and the People team to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in technical recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and analytics

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop customized hiring strategies

  • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels

  • Screen candidates for both technical skills and cultural alignment

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, and ensure timely follow-ups with all stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in Workday

  • Report on recruiting metrics, pipeline progress, and hiring trends

  • Ensure a strong candidate experience from first touch through offer

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting

  • Demonstrated success filling complex technical roles across various disciplines

  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminology

  • Experience using Workday or similar ATS platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with attention to detail

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments is preferred
