You will partner with hiring leaders on intake, sourcing strategies, market insights, and candidate profiles, while managing 15-25 active requisitions and building strong pipelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, proven IT/tech recruiting track record, and expert sourcing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for IT, technology, or technical positions.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, sourcing, and talent pipeline expertise.
• Experience advising hiring managers and navigating competitive talent markets.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
