Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) seeks Technical Recruiters to join our team near Toledo, Ohio. This role offers a path to growth with commissions from day one and a competitive base salary.

Responsibilities include partnering with clients to understand hiring needs, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, and building strong candidate relationships. A minimum of 3 years recruiting experience and excellent time management are required. Hybrid work may follow after 90 days.

ITS is seeking Technical Recruiters to join our team at our corporate headquarters just outside of Toledo, Ohio. Whether you are experienced or just getting your feet wet in recruiting, due to rapid growth opportunities, we are hiring.

If you are in Corporate Recruiting and tired of making placements without the financial reward, ITS has one of the best - if not the best - commission plus salary packages in the industry. Commissions available day 1, no hold back. Hybrid schedule may be available after the first 90 days.
