Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering/IT recruitment experience within the staffing industry
• Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment and use independent judgment to accomplish goals
• Well organized and highly detail oriented
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service
• Excellent customer service, sales, and relationship building skills

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
• Match candidates’ strengths with clients’ requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Negotiate wages, terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment for current and future job requirements
• Manage consultant/contractor base while on assignment and address related problems
• Work with Client Services to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and staffing requirements
• Communicate effectively with others to create a productive and diverse environment
• Share recruiting best practices and document applicant tracking activity clearly
• Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service and obtain referrals and leads
