Job summary

Attractivate Consulting Solutions in Houston is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and place IT/OT talent across our utility, energy, and industrial client base. This is a high-volume, high-impact role directly supporting our staff augmentation and consulting business.

You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Bullhorn to build strong candidate pipelines, conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in IT/OT, engineering, or utility-adjacent staffing.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Excellent communication and candidate relationship management skills.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume requisition load.
• Experience with an ATS (Bullhorn preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess technical fit, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Manage candidate pipelines and keep Bullhorn current and accurate.
• Partner with account managers to understand client requirements and role priorities.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer processes.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates in key skill areas (SCADA, ADMS, GIS, cybersecurity, cloud).

Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback, and offer processes. Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates in key skill areas (SCADA, ADMS, GIS, cybersecurity, cloud).

Required Qualifications

2+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in IT/OT, engineering, or utility-adjacent staffing. Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels. Preferred Qualifications
