Job summary

Talent ACQ is a boutique recruiting firm expanding in the Northeast. You will own a desk, source, recruit, screen, and place talent for real clients, with a phone-forward approach.

Build market knowledge on who’s moving and what comp looks like, and help clients define what 'great' means before resumes go out. You’ll manage candidates through offers, counter-offers, and start dates, ideally with construction staffing experience.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and placing talent for client assignments.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with construction staffing is a plus.

Responsibilities

We're a boutique recruiting firm working in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, skilled trades, utilities, and engineering. We're building out the Northeast market and needing to add to the team

This is a startup. Roughly two and a half years in, profitable, growing, and still small enough that what you do shows up in the numbers. You will not be a cog. You also will not have a playbook handed to you for everything.

What you'd actually do

• Own a desk. Source, recruit, screen, and place talent for a real client list.
• Work the phone. We're not a post-and-pray shop, and you won't be hiding behind a keyboard.
• Build market knowledge: who's moving, what comp actually looks like, where the good people sit.
• Help clients get clear on what "great" looks like before we start sending resumes.
• Manage candidates through offer, counter-offer, and start date.
• Looking for someone that ideally has a background in filling construction skill sets
