Job summary

Teleguam Holdings LLC, dba GTA, seeks a Technical Provisioning Specialist Dispatch to provide critical installation and repair support. You will safeguard facility data, triage provisioning issues, and act as the subject matter expert for service and repair operations.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering reliable service to GTA customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum two (2) years experience in service delivery processing.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Proficiency with technologies used in service delivery.
• Understanding of distance, connection, and configuration methodologies including ISP data delivery methods.
• Familiarity with installation and repair processes for residential and business services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress of customer orders and tickets; escalate as needed to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to support the customer.
• Conduct daily follow-ups of repair and installation to resolve post-install issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop strong troubleshooting, listening and communication skills; apply them in triage and problem-solving.
• Preserve and safeguard facility data, link circuit information, and work orders through provisioning; ensure accuracy in records.
