Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Service Proposal Specialist in the United States with a focus on Raleigh, NC. You will qualify, estimate, and sell inbound leads, provide proposal generation for annual maintenance contracts, and support quotes for a range of customers while expanding retrofit opportunities.

Build relationships with key stakeholders and understand Schneider Electric's Digital Energy offerings.

Qualifications

• Hold a four-year engineering or business degree.
• Technical or engineering background with building construction, HVAC, or smart building tech is preferred.
• Willingness to sell in a flexible work environment and deliver strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Qualifying, estimating, and selling inbound leads from field technicians.
• Providing sales support via estimating, scope debriefs, and proposal generation for maintenance contracts.
• Following up on quotation requests across diverse customers.
• Proactively engaging local sales to identify retrofit opportunities.
• Identifying and winning opportunities with senior sales support for complex deals.
• Maintaining high levels of customer interaction and relationship care.
• Keeping customer records and forecasts up to date.
• Developing deep product knowledge for Schneider Electric Digital Energy offerings.
• Participating in regular training to articulate Schneider value propositions.
• Shadowing senior sales to become a technical Outside Sales Representative.
• Attending customer site visits for potential projects.
