Job summary

Speridian Technologies in Kansas City is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own full life-cycle delivery of custom software, from kickoff and architecture design through UAT, launch and post-go-live support.

You will translate business requirements into technical tasks, lead distributed teams across engineering, UI/UX, BA and QA, manage risks, dependencies, and budgets, and serve as the primary technical interface to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing software development or IT service projects, with a strong focus on bespoke or custom application delivery.
• Strong grasp of system architecture, APIs, database design, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and traditional SDLC practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior hands-on background as a software developer or technical lead.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
• Familiarity with leveraging automation or AI tools to streamline documentation and reporting.
