Anchor Point Technology Resources in the Indianapolis area seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives from inception to close. You will drive cross-functional collaboration and align delivery with business goals.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage projects of at least $1M in size in a customer-facing environment. Previous PMP and SAFe experience are highly valued.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 5+ years of project management and 2+ years in a lead role
• Experience managing technical projects involving information systems, application development, enterprise applications, data warehouses, and infrastructure
• Experience managing projects of at least $1M in size or equivalent complexity
• Strong communication, relationship building, negotiation, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience managing resources in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all organizational levels
• Experience with project management, documentation, and reporting tools
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Agile certifications and SAFe experience are a plus
• Experience with portfolio management applications and Rational tools strongly preferred

Responsabilidades

• Develops project charters, project plans, schedules, communication plans, and deployment plans
• Partners with sponsors to secure project approval and define project team roles and responsibilities
• Leads project meetings and communicates project status, risks, issues, and changes
• Manages project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and ROI throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinates issue resolution and manages expectations with resource managers and team members
• Develops testing strategies and supports quality reviews, project closeout, and required approvals
• Tracks project deliverables, action items, change requests, and operational activities
• Supports daily production operations, monitors dashboard reports and Glue jobs, and coordinates issue resolution
• Maintains project documentation, SOPs, and Confluence content
• Supports QA and BA activities, automation opportunities, and process improvement initiatives
• Performs other duties as assigned

Works with business partners to identify and implement multiple technical projects of varying sizes, including broad-based information systems, full life-cycle application development, enterprise applications, and data warehouse planning and development.

Manages projects at least $1M in size or equal complexity. Directs system analysts, software designers and programmers to achieve project objectives. Applies project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems while operating within defined project management methodology.

This is a customer facing position requiring strong communication skills, infrastructure experience, and the ability to work effectively with business partners and cross functional teams.
