Job summary

Brook & Whittle Ltd. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead IT projects that implement business systems across the organization.

You will partner with business stakeholders to define scope, develop plans, manage testing, coordinate training, and report progress to steering committees. The role requires 5+ years of technical project management experience, PMP or equivalent certification is a plus, and a hybrid on-site schedule with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time experience managing technical projects for a multi-site enterprise.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Project Management preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• PMI PMP or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Experience managing system testing plans for new systems or upgrades.
• Hybrid on-site schedule, typically 3 days per week in the New Century, KS office.
• Occasional travel (<10%) to other facilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to define project scope and outcomes.
• Develop project plans and hold teams accountable for timelines and quality.
• Manage system testing, training, and adoption activities.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and steering committees.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and control scope change processes.
• Drive delivery performance using best practices and AI tools.
