Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or two plus years of related experience in project management in a contract office furniture dealership.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in communication
• Understanding of how to manage complex supply chain
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scope and requirements with the Operations Manager and/or installation teams.
• Request labor quotes and perform site visits to confirm details.
• Lead pre-install and post-order meetings and ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage deliveries, track shipments, and communicate status to team.
• Attend status meetings and client/GC meetings to report progress.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and scheduling installations.
