Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Formal technical training and extensive related experience are required.
• Experience with equipment installation or similar work is essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is expected.
• Preferred certifications and an associate degree are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage installation opportunities in CRM to forecast monthly results.
• Conduct site installation surveys and plan execution in CRM.
• Produce scope of works and customer-facing installation quotes.
• Schedule installs with dispatchers and track promise dates.
• Execute installations per scope while complying with safety manuals.
• Manage installation requests and update CRM pricing.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and company products.
• Communicate value propositions for future service products post-warranty.
