Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination experience in field service or similar operations.
• Strong customer-facing communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple customer projects and field installations at various locations.
• Manage schedules, timelines, documentation, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout the project.
• Coordinate internal teams, field resources, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Track progress and address scheduling, scope, or service issues quickly.
• Lead kickoff meetings and inform all parties during implementation.
• Coordinate warranty and service needs with sales, engineering and operations.
• Support proposals and customer presentations as needed.
