Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise physical security platforms (Genetec, CCURE 9000, VMS, PACS, IDS, intercom systems).
• Ability to translate security requirements into technical projects and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating upgrades, migrations, expansions, and lifecycle management for enterprise security systems across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with security system architecture and compliance frameworks (NERC CIP, cybersecurity controls) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs projects to completion within schedule, cost, and performance objectives.
• Leads development of innovative solutions to security engineering problems.
• Coordinates with IT, cybersecurity, facilities, vendors, and contractors.
• Manages project budgets, risks, and executive status reporting.
• Represents the organization in meetings with government agencies and stakeholders.
