Job summary

AGS - American Gaming Systems is seeking a Technical Project Manager II to lead planning, development, and delivery of gaming projects. You will collaborate with PMs to coordinate dependencies across hardware, software, and game teams, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. A background in casino gaming or regulated environments is a plus, with a focus on continuous improvement and risk

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in tech aligned with product development.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong analytical and tech skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to guide other PMs.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional, multi-team projects.
Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies; risk and change management.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) a plus.
Casino gaming experience or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Take high-level directives and define product requirements with stakeholders.
Manage multiple concurrent development projects from planning through deployment.
Coordinate hardware, software, and game deliverables across teams.
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
Communicate project status to varied audiences with appropriate detail.
Optimize schedules and resource allocation; create PM process metrics.
Facilitate decisions, maintain change logs, and support continuous improvement.
Guide and mentor other project managers and cross-functional teams.
