Job summary

1KOMMA5° is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Heartbeat AI to coordinate EMS delivery and align cross-team activities. You will ensure timelines, dependencies, and ownership are clear, while enabling smooth collaboration across engineering tracks.

You will work with stakeholders and product managers to resolve bottlenecks, drive predictable delivery, and scale Heartbeat AI efficiently within a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in tech/engineering or a comparable field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in technical project management, IT project planning, or similar roles in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Ability to read technical requirements and follow engineering development cycles.
• Familiarity with agile project management and roadmap tools such as Linear or Notion.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a continuous operational sync across the 1K5° EMS domain, ensuring cross-team topics have clear ownership.
• Monitor timelines across engineering tracks, identify bottlenecks and resolve blockers before milestones.
• Maintain a clear view of project progress and communicate deadlines and risks to leadership.
• Link product managers, engineers and stakeholders to streamline day-to-day operations.
• Continuously improve progress tracking with dashboards and automated reporting.
