Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to direct cross-functional software projects and oversee release activities with a strategic perspective. You will coordinate schedules, dependencies, and risk mitigation across engineering, quality, and product teams to ensure compliant, on-time releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years as TPM/PM/Release Manager within software development.
• Ability to plan complex software projects with dependencies and risks.
• Experience leveraging AI agents and low-code/no-code tools to automate workflows.
• Experience managing audits (SOC2, ISO 27001) and using tools to support compliance.
• Advanced Jira administration, including workflows and permissions.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights using metrics and tracking tools.
• Coordinate across diverse technical teams to align platform needs with business value.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to technical and executive audiences.
• Outstanding organizational skills to prioritize multiple complex projects on tight deadlines.
• Strategic problem solving with proactive risk mitigation.
• Team player who can influence and build consensus across stakeholders.

Responsibilities
