Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to direct and supervise cross-functional projects, focusing on release-level coordination and design controls. The role emphasizes collaboration across multiple teams, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring risk mitigation and regulatory alignment.

You will guide AI-enabled automation, oversee audits, and maintain traceability from requirements to verification in line with IEC 62304.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in TPM/PM/Release Manager within a software org.
• Proven ability to plan complex software projects with dependencies and risks.
• Experience using AI agents, LLMs, and low-code/no-code tools to automate workflows.
• Strong Jira Administration skills and workflow customization.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects and coordinate schedules across teams.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of major initiatives with release focus.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automation to reduce manual work.
• Mitigate cross-team risks and ensure smooth release cycles.
• Prepare for audits (FDA/Quality systems) and maintain traceability from requirements to verification.
• Coach teams on project management best practices and AI-driven workflows.
