1KOMMA5° in Germany is seeking a senior engineering leader to own Heartbeat AI's technical direction across Mobile Apps, IoT, and energy data platforms. You will align architecture with product strategy and drive high-quality delivery.

You will mentor engineers, set the technical bar, and tackle hard problems, while embedding security and reliability as customer value. Remote Germany-wide work is possible with offices in Hamburg, Berlin, or Munich.

Qualifications

• Proven track record architecting scalable, secure systems.
• Experience in designing APIs for reliable integration.
• Experience guiding an engineering team through complex tech shifts.
• Strong collaboration with business and product stakeholders.
• Experience in AI/ML-driven or data-intensive systems preferred.

• Ensure consistent execution of decisions and measurable results.
