Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the YubiKey deployment effort, managing contractors, coordinating with Government stakeholders, and ensuring contract delivery.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, overseeing deployment phases, and serving as the Government COR contact. DoD clearance and PMP are preferred; 3–5 years of enterprise IT deployment experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business/PM or related field required.
• 3-5 years leading enterprise IT deployments.
• PMP certification preferred; Secret Clearance.

Position Summary

This individual manages all contractor personnel, interfaces with Government stakeholders, monitors performance objectives, and ensures delivery of all contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Deployment Project Plan, milestones, and resource schedules.
• Oversee execution of all deployment activities across planning, deployment, and closeout phases.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government COR.
• Coordinate approval of communications, outreach efforts, and scheduling activities.
• Develop and maintain deployment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor performance against deployment metrics and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs).
• Manage risk identification, mitigation strategies, and escalation activities.
• Review weekly inventory reports and deployment status updates.
• Ensure compliance with non-personal services requirements.
• Coordinate final reconciliation activities and submission of the Final Deployment Report.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $52.88/hr.
