TEKsystems is seeking an SME Helpdesk Technician to serve as the senior technical authority for YubiKey enrollment and deployment support. The role involves developing training materials, supporting the Agency Help Desk, and providing advanced Tier 2 troubleshooting expertise.

The position is contract-based and based in Bethesda, MD, requiring an active DoD clearance or the ability to obtain one. Expect responsibilities spanning training design, support for UAT, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience providing enterprise technical support.
• Experience supporting MFA technologies and authentication platforms.
• Strong customer service and training skills.
• Experience developing technical documentation.
• Active DoD Clearance (Secret) or ability to obtain one.
