• Maintain an integrated portfolio roadmap showing milestones, sequencing, cross-platform dependencies, and critical delivery commitments.
• Coordinate demand and capacity discussions across digital, product, analytics, enterprise technology, and vendor teams.
• Facilitate portfolio reviews and recommend prioritization based on business value, readiness, risk, dependencies, and available resources.
• Oversee delivery commitments across initiatives, resolve cross-team blockers, and escalate trade-offs requiring leadership decisions.
• Maintain a centralized portfolio record covering priorities, approved decisions, planning assumptions, and technology risks.
• Define roles, responsibilities, decision rights, handoffs, and escalation paths across planning, delivery, and ongoing operations.
• Partner with business, technology, and vendor leads to assess demand, delivery options, and implementation readiness.
• Coordinate reviews with architecture, security, risk, compliance, and data stakeholders.
• Develop coordinated communication and adoption plans across the technology portfolio.
