This role ensures that modern technology solutions are planned, delivered, and integrated in ways that strengthen public safety, enhance trooper safety, and improve the experience of internal customers across the agency.The Program Manager oversees program-level planning, risk and issue management, resource coordination and capacity planning, budgeting, vendor and contract oversight, and executive-level communication.
