Everforth Apex is seeking a Senior Salesforce Project Manager in Irving, TX to lead a complex Salesforce platform optimization with onshore and offshore teams across multiple workstreams. You will drive scope, planning, governance, and delivery from discovery through production releases and transition.

## Job Description# Pharma2 Sr Salesforce PMApply**Job#: 3056998****Job Description:**Senior Salesforce Project ManagerPosition SummaryThe Senior Salesforce Project Manager will lead a complex Salesforce platform optimization initiative, coordinating an integrated onshore and offshore delivery team across five core workstreams:* Storage and archival* Trigger framework modernization* QA automation* Environment refresh and data masking* Flow modernizationThe Project Manager will provide centralized delivery governance while maintaining clear accountability across each technical and functional workstream.The role will oversee the engagement from discovery and scope confirmation through development, testing, production releases, hypercare, and transition. Delivery will build on existing analysis and a shared backlog, with approved AI-enabled tools supporting execution under appropriate human review and established governance controls.Core Responsibilities**Scope Definition & Change Control*** Lead scope-confirmation sessions using existing discovery and analysis, with additional investigation focused on unresolved gaps.* Establish and maintain a consolidated scope baseline covering deliverables, dependencies, assumptions, exclusions, and acceptance criteria.* Maintain the shared delivery backlog and coordinate prioritization across workstreams.* Protect agreed delivery boundaries and distinguish committed scope from future roadmap opportunities.* Manage formal change control, documenting impacts to effort, cost, schedule, dependencies, and acceptance criteria before sponsor approval.**Integrated Planning & Execution*** Own the integrated delivery plan across discovery, sprint execution, releases, hypercare, and closeout.* Coordinate **seven two-week sprints**, including release planning and appropriate schedule flexibility.* Manage sequencing and dependencies across archival, modernization, testing, environment, and automation activities.* Coordinate onboarding, environment access, approved tooling, and resource availability across a distributed delivery model.* Identify and escalate constraints that could affect delivery commitments.**Governance & Stakeholder Management*** Serve as the central delivery lead connecting business stakeholders with architecture, development, data, QA, analysis, and release teams.* Establish clear workstream accountability and decision rights through a defined RACI.* Lead steering and status reporting, elevating risks, dependencies, decisions, and required stakeholder actions.* Maintain a centralized RAID log with clear ownership, target resolution dates, and escalation thresholds.**Quality, Compliance & Release Readiness*** Coordinate business acceptance and release-readiness evidence, including regression results, data-masking validation, operational runbooks, and required approvals.* Ensure delivery follows established architecture, security, compliance, and release-governance controls.* Ensure approved AI capabilities are used with appropriate human accountability and review.* Coordinate hypercare exit, knowledge transfer, operational documentation, and transition of outstanding roadmap items.**Commercial & Milestone Management*** Align delivery progress and acceptance evidence with established commercial milestones and contractual commitments.* Identify scope or schedule changes that could affect planned completion or approved funding.* Track planned versus actual effort and forecast remaining work.* Escalate potential cost or schedule exposure before it results in missed milestones or unapproved commitments.Technical Workstreams**Storage & Archival*** Coordinate object categorization, retention requirements, archival design, sandbox validation, and controlled production archival.* Ensure archival approaches preserve required business functionality and access.**Trigger Framework Modernization*** Coordinate implementation of a consistent trigger architecture with appropriate bypass controls and functional isolation.* Oversee prioritized refactoring and establishment of supporting governance standards.**QA Automation*** Coordinate automated regression coverage for business-critical journeys.* Support CI/CD integration, reusable test data, expanded regression coverage, and transition of the automated QA operating model.**Environment Refresh & Data Masking*** Coordinate refresh procedures, identification and validation of sensitive data, masking requirements, selective refresh execution, and repeatable automation.* Ensure appropriate validation evidence accompanies environment changes.**Flow Modernization*** Coordinate re-baselining of the Salesforce automation inventory.* Establish Flow standards and governance.* Oversee retirement of inactive automation and prioritized migration of legacy automation through controlled, tested waves.Expected Deliverables* Approved project charter and scope baseline, including exclusions* Integrated milestone plan and dependency map* Prioritized backlog with sprint-level acceptance criteria* Confirmed RACI and stakeholder communication plan* RAID, decision, and change-request logs* Executive status reporting covering scope, schedule, budget, risks, and forecast* Release-readiness checklists and acceptance documentation* Hypercare exit and transition package* Outstanding-item and future-roadmap documentationAccountability BoundariesThe Project Manager owns integrated delivery governance, planning, coordination, and escalation. Technical and functional leads retain accountability for specialist decisions and execution within their respective workstreams.* Architecture authorities retain technical design approval.* Designated business owners retain final business acceptance authority.* Authorized sponsors retain approval authority for contractual changes to budget or scope.* New enhancement requests or material scope additions enter delivery through established prioritization and change-control processes.Required Qualifications* Demonstrated experience leading complex **Salesforce platform modernization or transformation programs**.* Strong project and scope-management capabilities, including work breakdown, acceptance criteria, dependency management, RAID management, and formal change control.* Experience coordinating distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams.* Working knowledge of Salesforce automation, Apex triggers, Flow, data lifecycle management, and environment strategy.* Experience overseeing QA, release readiness, business acceptance, deployment governance, hypercare, and operational transition.* Ability to translate technical risks and trade-offs into clear communications for business and executive stakeholders.* Experience managing fixed-price engagements, milestone-driven programs, or tightly controlled delivery budgets.Preferred Qualifications* Salesforce modernization experience involving legacy automation migration.* Familiarity with Salesforce CI/CD, automated regression testing, and data-masking practices.* Experience delivering within a controlled or regulated enterprise environment.* PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or relevant Salesforce certification.* Experience incorporating approved AI-assisted delivery tools while maintaining human review and accountability.Success Measures* Deliverables meet approved scope and documented acceptance criteria.* Milestones and releases remain aligned with the integrated delivery plan.* Forecast variances are identified and escalated early.* Scope changes are formally approved before additional work is committed.* Releases meet agreed quality and governance requirements.* Stakeholders have clear visibility into risks, decisions, dependencies, and delivery forecasts.* Operational teams formally accept transition materials and remaining roadmap items. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
