Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a contract role spanning Richmond, McLean, Plano, and NYC. The ideal candidate has a solid background in financial services and will drive large data conversion and data migration projects with a focus on resiliency.

You will coordinate across architecture and product teams, own risk mitigation, dependencies, and governance, and ensure agile delivery using Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Must have cloud-native experience and API fluency.
• Strong Agile/Scrum discipline with Jira/Confluence experience.
• Ability to rapidly understand technical architecture and data design across multiple systems.
• Identify risks and remove blockers to keep projects on track.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with architecture and product teams.
• Proven ownership and execution mindset in complex programs.
• Governance skills and framework implementation experience.
• Domain knowledge in financial services is a plus.

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Project manager for a Contract job with a client in Richmond /Mclean VA/Plano TX/NYC Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry .

Technical Project manager who has worked on Large Data conversion , Data migration projects

Rate Rate Range: $65/hour on W2 (Visa sponsorship is good)

Location- Richmond / McLean VA/Plano TX/New york

Duration -14 months with extension

Interviews- 2 rounds of interview (45 mins with manager , 30 mins with technical team with questions on TPM competency & scenario based questions )

This role has been opened to assist with migration for customer resiliency .The person will be would be responsible for supporting customer resiliency which includes collection & recoveries & rest 4 positions will be specific to discover conversion which is horizontal function but again the core competency are same.

MUST have

• Having Cloud native experience is needed (Like one stream)
• Having understanding of API
• Ability to understand rapidly technical architecture & data design across multiple system
• Agile scrum team with exp on Jira /Confluence
• Identify risk & remove blockers in order to keep the project on track
• Strong technical conversion & fluency
• Able to manage dependency across the board
• Able to have discussion with the architecture team. Product team to quickly ramp up & execute
• Domain knowledge is good
• Good execution mindset is must
• Able to take ownership and working with juggling with lot of stuff is important
• Good process orientation
• Implementing governance skills & framework
• Strong comm & collaboration
