Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the Integrated Trial Monitoring product area in the United States (New Jersey). You will partner with Business Stakeholders, Product Users, Product Managers, and Technical Leads to validate requirements and design testing activities.

The role emphasizes patient and stakeholder focus, end-to-end clinical process knowledge, and driving adoption of solutions across global teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

  • Must have 5+ years in Product Manager, Product/Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience collaborating with global teams.
  • Strong ability to listen, ask questions, and discern pain points.
  • Experience with documenting BRD and business processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support programs within the Integrated Trial Monitoring Product area to enable partners to operate without obstacles.
  • Build expertise in system validations and learn the end-to-end clinical process.

  • Plan, design, and conduct testing activities.
  • Engage support teams and compile training and user communication content.
  • Gather insights into user journeys, behavior, motivations, problems, unmet needs, and pain points.
  • Drive enablement, adoption, and growth of the Integrated Trial Monitoring product.
  • Partner with scrum masters, technical leads, and development teams to deliver products using Agile SDLC.
  • Maintain a healthy backlog of epics, features, and user stories aligned with the roadmap.

Job description

  • Support programs within the Integrated Trial Monitoring Product area that enable business partners to operate without obstacles
  • Build expertise in system validations and learn the end-to-end clinical process
  • Work with stakeholders across the company to uncover and communicate user needs
  • Plan, design, and conduct testing activities
  • Engage support teams and compile training and user communication content
  • Discover, document, and manage business process and stakeholder needs
  • Gather insights into user journeys, behavior, motivations, problems, unmet needs, and pain points
  • Support Business Stakeholders, Product Users, Product Managers, and Technical Leads
  • Gather and document clinical business-process documentation and user needs
  • Trace requests and responses to requests
  • Develop expertise in the Clinical Trials business domain
  • Use business and user insights to develop solution ideas and prioritization decisions
  • Identify business value and measures for initiatives
  • Drive enablement, adoption, and growth of the Integrated Trial Monitoring product
  • Build knowledge of existing solutions through IT communities
  • Partner with scrum masters, technical leads, and development teams to deliver products using Agile SDLC methodology
  • Maintain a healthy backlog of epics, features, and user stories aligned with the roadmap
  • Apply Product Model principles to maximize business value
Requirements
  • HS Diploma required
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product/Business Analyst, or similar role
  • Experience working within a global team
  • Ability to listen and ask thoughtful questions
  • Ability to discern pain points, simplify complex problems, conduct root cause analysis, and identify improvement recommendations
  • Critical thinking and ability to balance stakeholder and user needs
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
  • Ability to understand business issues and needs and build rapport with peers and executives
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality on confidential projects
  • Ability to manage relationships across expertise, geography, and culture
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate activities and responses
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
  • Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Understanding of the Clinical Trials domain from a data collection and management perspective preferred
  • Experience with GxP validations, SDLC, or SaaS and COTS vendors preferred
