Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager to support the Integrated Trial Monitoring product and partner with stakeholders across the organization. You will develop deep knowledge of the end-to-end clinical process, document business needs, and drive backlog features in an Agile SDLC.

You will plan testing activities, analyze user insights, and help measure outcomes to maximize business value and adoption of the platform.

Qualifications

  • Minimum H.S. Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in Clinical Data Management ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with Agile SDLC.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end clinical processes.

Job description

  • Support the Integrated Trial Monitoring Product and programs enabling business partners to operate without obstacles
  • Build expertise on system validations and the end-to-end clinical process
  • Uncover and communicate user needs with stakeholders at all levels
  • Plan, design, and conduct testing activities
  • Engage support teams and compile training and user communication content
  • Discover, document, and manage business process and stakeholder needs
  • Gather clinical-domain business process documentation and trace requests and responses
  • Use business and user insights to develop solution ideas and make prioritization decisions
  • Identify business value for initiatives and determine how to measure outcomes
  • Enable adoption and growth of the Integrated Trial Monitoring product
  • Build knowledge of existing solutions through IT communities
  • Partner with scrum masters, technical leads, and development teams to deliver products using Agile SDLC
  • Maintain a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features, and user stories aligned with the roadmap
  • Apply Product Model principles to maximize business value
Requirements
  • Minimum H.S. Diploma
  • Bachelor's preferred
  • Experience supporting the Clinical Data Management ecosystem
  • Expertise in system validations or ability to build expertise
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end clinical process
  • Business process and stakeholder needs analysis
  • Business/user needs documentation and requirements management
  • Planning, designing, and conducting testing activities
  • Clinical Trials business domain knowledge
  • Agile SDLC methodology
  • Product management, product lifecycle, and backlog management
  • Ability to work with scrum masters, technical leads, development teams, business stakeholders, product users, and product managers
  • Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident
