Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to own standard projects from receipt to delivery in Buffalo, NY. You will be the main point of contact for customers, coordinating across engineering, supply chain, quality and sales to meet milestones and budgets.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, a degree in engineering, and strong communication and organizational skills. Occasional travel and a commitment to continuous improvement are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or operations in an engineering/industrial environment.
• Ability to manage multiple standard projects simultaneously with structured follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• High ethical standards, teamwork, and compliance with regulations.
• Strong organizational, time management, accuracy, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards) and MS Office.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of standard and repeatable projects from order receipt to delivery, meeting quality, schedule and budget targets.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, managing communications, escalations and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, reporting and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery and margin protection.
• Coordinate communications between engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics and sales.
• Apply project management processes and follow ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Represent Chart Industries with professionalism and accountability.
• Foster collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to initiatives to enhance project flow and profitability.
