Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance coordination, project management, facilities management, or a related field.
• Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating contractors and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Maximo CMMS (preferred).
• Experience with Corrigo.
• Automotive manufacturing experience.
• Maintenance planning and scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Pull, review, prioritize, and track maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance and facility-related projects.
• Oversee contractor and vendor management programs.
• Monitor project progress and vendor performance.
• Utilize Corrigo and Maximo systems to manage maintenance activities.
• Support preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and facility teams.
• Maintain project documentation and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and operational standards.
