Job summary

Carrier Vibrating Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator in Tonawanda, NY to support HHM division from order receipt to shipment.

You will assist with planning, documentation control, scheduling, and cross‑functional coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Shipping. The role offers opportunities to develop project management and technical skills while ensuring customer requirements, quality standards, and delivery commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline is a plus.
• 1–3 years of project coordination/manufacturing/engineering support experience preferred.
• Experience with interpreting engineering drawings and specs is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute customer projects with project managers.
• Review purchase orders, specs, and drawings to support planning and execution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure requirements are communicated.
• Track milestones and provide schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Shipping.
• Support supplier issue resolution and project turnover documentation.
