Job summary

Echodyne Corp seeks a Technical Project Coordinator to support cross-functional product development teams. You will coordinate schedules, manage BOM configuration, and facilitate procurement while tracking deliverables and ensuring effective communication across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

You will work with Program Managers to ensure smooth transitions from development to manufacturing, resolve material shortages, and help drive continuous improvements in project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating BOM management and engineering change processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution of product development projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Coordinate BOM creation, maintenance, and change management throughout development lifecycle.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain for BOM accuracy and ECO implementation.
• Coordinate procurement activities for prototype and production materials with Sourcing teams.
• Track long-lead components, procurement status, and material readiness.
• Assist in resolving material shortages and supplier issues.
• Monitor project status and prepare dashboards and metrics for stakeholders.
• Coordinate documentation and continuous improvement of PM processes.
