Job summary

Echodyne is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support hardware and software product development in a fast-paced environment for high-performance radar solutions.

You will coordinate schedules, manage BOM configuration, and facilitate procurement, ensuring smooth progression from development to manufacturing. Collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of project coordination, project administration, or related experience.
• CAPM or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers with planning, scheduling, and execution of product development projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Coordinate Bill of Materials (BOM) creation, maintenance, and change management throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure BOM accuracy, part availability, and timely implementation of ECOs.
• Coordinate procurement activities for prototype and production materials by working closely with Supply Chain and Sourcing teams.
• Track long-lead components, procurement status, and material readiness to support development and production schedules.
• Assist in resolving material shortages, part substitutions, and supplier-related issues.
• Monitor project status and prepare reports, dashboards, and metrics for stakeholders.
• Coordinate documentation and support continuous improvement of project management processes.
